Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with FRISKA. We currently deliver to Malta, Gozo, and Cyprus.

Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

  • Malta: usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Gozo: usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
  • Cyprus: usually delivered within 10 to 20 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, courier availability, public holidays, or incorrect delivery details.

Delivery fee

  • Malta & Gozo: orders of €30 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders under €30 will have a €10 delivery fee added at checkout.
  • Cyprus: free delivery on all orders.

Payment & Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for Malta orders only. Gozo and Cyprus orders must be paid using an accepted online payment method (e.g. card) at checkout — Cash on Delivery is not available for Gozo or Cyprus.

Delivery details
Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and email address are correct when placing your order. We may contact you by phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp to confirm your order or delivery details. FRISKA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Missed deliveries
If the courier cannot deliver your order because no one is available, or because the delivery details are incorrect, we may contact you to arrange another delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at friska.storemt@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

International shipping
We currently deliver within Malta, Gozo, and Cyprus, and we hope to add more countries soon.
